«Rejoice, O Pantanessa, healing our ailments by grace» – are the words we sing before the miraculous icon of the Mother of God «Pantanessa». This icon has been attracting a great number of pilgrims since as early as the 12th century. Arrived in Russia from Athos the Holy Mountain, «Pantanessa» never deprives Russian people of Her mercy, helping those who suffer from the devil and who are ill with cancer, via Her miraculous icon. This special gift of the icon is testified for by the thousands of healings.

The akathist, read by archpriest Artemij Vladimirov, is prayerfully and harmoniously framed with the sounding of the Moscow Churches’ Choir of Singers (Precentor Anatoly Kuleshov).

2 CD and 2 color booklets (28 pages each) in Russian and in English with a narration on the history of the akathist and the chants and with their full texts.
